Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of emails and inquiries asking us how long it takes for orders to ship, what shipping service we use and why their credit card won’t go through. Here are the answers to these questions and more.

The number one issue that occurs 99.9% of the time when your credit card won’t go through in our store is that the address you entered as your “Billing Address” does not match the exact physical address and zip code that your bank or financial institution currently has on file for you and mails your bill to each month.

This address and zip code must match exactly or else your order will not go through.

Double-check the address with your bank and try your order again, we can almost guarantee it will go through.

Don’t freak out. You were not charged and no funds have been taken out of your bank.

What you’re seeing are the X number of failed transactions that you attempted that were refused by our online credit card system.

These failed transcations are sitting in a queue in your bank or financial institution’s computer system and have not gone through yet, they are only “pending.”

As soon as your bank processes these pending charges they will be designated “cancelled” or “failed” and removed from your bank/credit card statement.

Again, no money has been taken from or charged to your account for these failed transactions.

We ship using USPS because they ship to APO, FPO, AP, etc. addresses and a lot of other shipping companies do not. They also provide tracking information for their packages that can be checked via the USPS website.

Our orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed whenever possible. If it’s a three-day weekend or the middle of a zombie apocalypse outbreak or an item is back-ordered it might take a little bit longer.

Smaller orders/packages can take anywhere between 2 and 7 business days to reach their destination in the contiguous U.S.

Larger orders that are shipped using USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 3 business days after their shipping date.

Yes, we do and for the exact same price as regular domestic addresses.

Plus, we also usually throw in a couple extra freebies for our fans serving overseas whenever we can

If you’re worried about not having enough room for your APO/FPO address in the “Shipping Address” section during checkout you can always type it into the “Comments” section on our checkout page just to be safe.

Yes, but international shipping can get very expensive, very quickly.

Our apologies. It’s flat-out expensive to ship things like t-shirts and coffee mugs from one continent to the other.

APO/FPO/AP/etc. orders ship for the same price as domestic U.S. addresses.

So, if you’re getting your order sent to one of these, it’s not really an “international” order as far as the USPS or you pocketbook are concerned

As stated above, we use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for all of our packages and both move pretty quickly.

We don’t offer any rush type of services (e.g. 2nd Day, Overnight, etc.) at this time.

Yes, we do. Just send us an email via our Contact Page and we’ll give you all the info on how to get your shirt returned and the correct shirt sent to you.

And you MUST have kept the item in a COMPLETELY SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT and you MUST return the item (especially clothing) in PRISTINE ORIGINAL CONDITION.

If you don’t follow both of these instructions we cannot accept the exchange.

Mainly, because we cannot resell clothing items that smell like the inside of an ashtray’s asshole. Go figure.

We fulfill as many of our minifigure orders ourselves as our inventory permits. And those orders usually ship within a day or two of being placed.

However, due to high demand for certain characters we have some of our minifigure orders fulfilled by a separate company. When this is the case it can take a full two to three weeks for these portions of an order to arrive at their destination. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we also think the minifigures we sell are pretty cool and well worth the wait.

Although we are big fans of the minifigures we sell and think they’re the coolest collection of toys you can buy on the net, we also do not produce the figures ourselves and sometimes parts can be a little loose. This not only happens to the minifigures we sell, but we’ve also witnessed it firsthand many times with figures from the world’s #1 minibrick toy company.

A quick and easy fix for this issue is to get yourself a cheap bottle of clear nail polish (like this one – which retails for $2.99 at most Target or Walmart stores) and apply a very thin layer of it the neck, waist or hand stem of any loose part or appendage. Let the polish dry overnight and in the morning your head/waist/hand should fit just right.

If you play with the figure a lot and the piece works itself loose again, just scrape off the old polish with your fingernail and apply a fresh coat. You’ll be good to go.
